At Creche Bomfim, each child is welcomed in an environment rich in attention and affection, where details are thought to ensure individualized care, in a safe, comfortable and stimulating space.
Every day a team of professionals is attentive to the needs of each child, providing an active learning space and a playful-pedagogical accompaniment promoting the healthy and integral development of each child. Children’s rights are guaranteed at every time of the day.

Kindergarten
In the Bomfim Kindergarten, children from 3 to 6 years of age find small groups, where the valorization of Individuality is a reference in the educational action. As being unique and special, each child is encouraged to develop their abilities and competences in all areas of child development while respecting their individual characteristics.
In this space, each child is welcomed in an environment that promotes affection, creativity, critical thinking, the different forms of expression and communication and the internalization of values lived in relationships with others.

DISTINCTION
Tolerant Kindergarten 2015 – “ATolerant Kindergarten 2015″
The cultural heterogeneity of the children of the Bomfim Kindergarten served as inspiration for participation in the International Project “Say Hello to the World“, whose main objective is to raise awareness of cultural diversity and teach children to break stereotypes and prejudices, seeking to promote the development of contexts of respect, solidarity and tolerance, and which in Portugal had the support of the Portuguese Government, by the Ministry of Education and Culture.
Embodied in the concern to promote education from a perspective of promoting Citizenship and respect and acceptance of difference, The Bomfim Kindergarten was distinguished with the Certificate of “TOLERANT KINDERGARTEN – 2015“, issued by the organization FINI ZAVOD RADECE.
